This past week, I gave up baked potato chips. I had started eating them because I had given up regular potato chips, but I found out the baked ones had SUGAR in them (no wonder I liked them), so I wanted to see if I could give them up for a week...and I did. THIS week, my goal is to not drink diet soda. Even though I drink Sprite Zero (no caffeine), it still has artificial sweeteners in it. So for a week (Monday-Friday) I'm going to see if I can just drink water or decaf tea. It should also save me about 5.00 a week, at the least. I bought a new glass to make drinking the water even more pleasurable.
